The four dogs

The first on the left is thinking that it is better to mind his own business but his brothers will sure snoop around and pay attention to everything others are doing.

The series "The Four Dogs" ended in 2012 but I couldn't refrain from posting these Akita puppies.

The Four Dogs series was not planed. I did published a picture in 2010 with four dogs and found two others with four dogs. I decided to make this series.
This the the twentieth and last picture of the series.
Most of the photographs are without the author because I found them like this.

What is happening to these puppies? They look so disappointed as if they already have gone through a lot in this world, or, have they just lost a dear one?

They can also be saying:

"we are not easily impressed"; "not a good time for pictures"; "for how long do you want us to stay at this table?";

"we could bet it would be sunny today but look at the weather!";

This is the first time that The Four Dog series show this expression.

But soon they'll learn that it's part of living and will be running and playing with each other.

Maybe they just woke up.

Notice how each of them show it's character. The first one, right to left, wants attention,  the second is asking himself why he is different from his brothers, the third looks tired and... the last one is saying: 
"can't hardly wait to mess all your house up."

The Four Dogs: Working in team

There! Seventh of the series and a lesson that working in team inspires others as you can see the black dog trying to help.

Sixth of the series "The Four Dogs" I just found it out at the amazing The Mad Hatters. Duncanr is the responsible for the photo:

There are four black dogs at the left and three at the right side because the fourth is in charge of dragging the boat. The two browns in the center are clearly sad and angry for their partners were left in danger because of lack of space at the boat. So we have twelve dogs divided in three: four dogs as always.

Fifth photo of "The Four Dogs" series, unfortunately anonymous, the four puppies are being taken care by an inquisitive older dog. The way she, I assume it's a she maybe the mother?, stares at us is as if she was saying 'What are you looking? Don't you dare to bully the youngsters.'
