Paul Gauguin and Tahitian women

Even though he did not find the paradise he wanted Gauguin works while at French Polynesia portray very beautiful women in their routine.
These are two examples.

Gauguin's pursuit of freedom from "civilized life," however flawed, has always been an inspiration. He was a wonderful writer, too. His journal makes great reading.

I did read Noah-Noah and it's very good.
He really tried to live away from the so-called civilized...

I think there is a lot of Gaugin in me also these days, considering what the "civilized world' is like.
