Blade Runner: Intellectual's love story

I like Blade Runner but once is enough, maybe twice.
I never understood why this love story was idolized by so many intellectuals who wrote papers and essays finding hypothesis that are hard to accept.
So I'l dare say that the top scene, when Deckard finds Rachel sleeping and kiss her, is a cliché sleeping beauty situation
Next, Deckard finds the origami and remember the unicorn that appears coming like a white horse. Is he a prince?

Quotes:

Tyrell: "More human than human" is our motto.

Roy Batty: Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? That's what it is to be a slave.

Rachael: Are these questions testing whether I'm a replicant or a lesbian, Mr. Deckard?
Remember Deckard shaking and pushing Rachel against the wall? If you like it it is your problem but this is my advise:  "Run Rachael, run."
Did once will do it again. This was their first kiss.
Deckard is an ex-killer is said at the beginning, He kills replicants, do they count?

Lots of questions in your post.
I am a fan of the film.

My thoughts are...
As technology advances the difference between man and machine will disappear.
BUT we humans are biological machines, physical replications of our mother and father. We are all replicants.

Did you not notice the repetative "Want to hear about my mother?" a classic psychology or psychiatrist question. Then he kills the questioner, signifying (to me) his hatred.

"More human than human" is a weird joke. If someone is more than human, it makes them no longer human.

"Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it? That's what it is to be a slave." I had this quote on my blog at one time , to try to express my rage as a slave to psychiatry. Be a good boy, be a good girl or else.

"Are these questions testing whether I'm a replicant or a lesbian, Mr. Deckard?" was showing she was not a stupid machine.

"This was their first kiss."
To be pursued , is to be wanted, the wanted need to feel wanted, so then you need physical action from the pursuer.

In this future world , what counts as murder?

The origami were significant messages from the director to the bladerunner (Deckard) .
One had a stick figure with an erection.
